Haha it seems like he taught it right after he learned it himself... the flash backs in the manga shows Naruto wearing clothes before he dipped out of the village to train with Jiraiya

naruto is going to be back as the smoke clears. he better go find pein or something. maybe gai will find konan helping the 1 pein away and the real one will come out. who knows.
