Judging by the message in your link, you're not thinking about GIVING anything away, you want to RAFFLE it off to people who buy tickets.
BTW I suggest you talk to your attorney before proceeding with that raffle as the whole legal area of lotteries, sweepstakes, raffles, etc. is complex and what you are proposing most likely would not legal the way you are thinking about doing it.
