Default Odyssey Sliding door lubrication

The sliding doors on my '03 Odyssey make the most horrible grinding noises, which seem to be coming from the lower track. I checked for metal shavings or particulates and there aren't any. What lubricant can I use and where do I put it where it won't be a sand magnet?

Doesn't the grease attract dirt? Do you apply it to the wheel at the bottom or on the lower door track?

The rollers are a metal shaft with a plastic roller on it. I have replaced a ton of center rollers. You should be able to see every roller in the door with a flashlight. Check to see if you see a shaft without a plastic roller on it.
