If you don't plan on Auto X or Drag racing, and must have coil overs, I would suggest the Off the shelf rates. They will still offer a significant improvement in handling over stock, but the ride will remain somewhat pleasant.
I went with 350F/450R and it's a bit bone jarring at times, especially with the car lowered. You pretty much have to treat all rail road crossing's as speed bumps. People behind me are constantly getting pissed when I slow down so much over bumps. It's overkill for my application.
I bought LCA's only because the bolts were seized in my OEM LCA's, and I didn't feel like messing with them. There really is no performance benefit to them, other than slightly stiffer, replaceable bushings.
An ITR swaybar will compliment the stiffer spring rates a LOT. Just don't forget some type of subframe reinforcement, such as the ASR brace or beaks kit, to avoid subframe tare out.
Also, tires are a very important part of the package as well, invest in good rubber. I like my BFG Force Sports, or Falken Azenis, but I don't really have a reccomendation.
Be careful with the car, until you understand how it's going to react when cornering. The rear end will slip out on you more now, it takes alot of getting used to. I lost it and spun out my very first time out after installing my suspension.
