Default 1991 Legend Giving me a Headache

I have a1991 Legend with 91,000 miles on it. It has a newer tranny and fairly recent timing belt. These are the issues that have come up recently:
The fan runs constantly when the the ignition is on.
When driven for over 30-45 minutes it begins to overheat (heat does come out of the vents).
The battery died and when a new one was put in the parking brake started coming on and going off randomly.
The ABS light came on permanently.
When I accelerate it starts to shake a little and then subsides when I am coasting.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ADVICE!

First thing that comes up is that the cooling system has not been correctly bled (causes overheating and surging idle). The parking brake is completely manual so battery cannot have an effect. Shaking when accelerating is often caused by an axle going bad (one of the cv joints). As for the ABS light, you can jumper the ECU and retrieve the code by looking at the ABS light as it will flash a numeric code. The most common ABS problems are low brake fluid and bad rear ABS sensors.
