I purchased a 94 ls legend that needed some work. I've replaced the engine,brakes & calipers.I was just about finished....so I thought when I noticed the tilt/telescoping wheel would not tilt and only telescope in the manual mode regardless of the switch position.... after that I noticed the drivers seat wouldn't work at all.... I pulled seat and saw someone had patced some wires figuring some electric components were burn out I puchased the whole bottom rail complete with electric motors and computer under seat....only to find out it still not working. After pulling door panel to see if there was current to memory switch I finally fell over and weeped any help will be greatly appreciated I do have power coming under seat in one wire on main harness....none coming to memory
