    92 Legend D4 flashing

    I have an acura 92 Legend , It stopped while driving . I can start the vehicle when I shift to D4 it does not move for ward , When I shift back to P , I see that D4 is flashing and also a grinding noise sometimes..
    Any Ideas? Do I need a new transmission? is it expensive..?

    most likely the transmission is blowen.....differential or just the whole thing....

    gears striped to nothing could be some reason.....
