Default want to go n/a

ok, i've been thinking but i dont know what i should do. i have 17" racing hart s7's and dont get me wrong, they look sweet. its just that they are slowin me down. got a few questions.
1. should i sell my wheels and put it into building my engine?
2. i saw the post on "rode in a nice n/a gsr today" and would i want to go with a setup like that? or do you guys have any other suggestions on what to put in the engine?
3. how much would a setup like that cost?
4. how much do you think i could honestly get for my wheels and tires? they have MAYBE 3000 miles on them and are in great shape
EDIT: i paid $1400 for these brand new. wheels-$850 tires-$550

thanks:thumbup:

your intake and exhaust aren't doing much till you get a header and a high-flow cat. Maybe get 2.5 pipe ran. If you wan to be an all out racer, and don't car about looks, sell the wheels. But, when i got my 17's, i did not notice a difference. I took out my subs, amp, spare tire, jack, and i noticed a nice difference. And judging by your amount of post, 479, you should know what people say to questions like this.

You should for sure sell your wheels for some light 15's or 16's. Rota's or something of the sort. If you remember, I started the thread about my buddy's na gsr. If you want, you can ask some questions on here and I will relay them to him

I think you should sell the wheels, u might be able to get 800. If your tastes have turned more performance, you should sell those, and get some valve springs/retainers, and some cams, and then continue from there depending on how much money you have. That is what I want to start off with, I plan on going na also. And for that one guys gsr, his setup is around $2000, VERY WORTH IT.

that is what im planning on doing. and yeah, the wheels are in perfect condition. i realized i've only had them on for about 1500 miles. the tread is perfect. let me know if anyone is interested.

oh and skelly, just let me know about what he paid when you get a chance. i really would like to go this route. thanks
