Gap Question
Let me preface this by saving that I am not very experienced with doing work on my car (99 Integra Sedan).........I am learning slowly, but since none of my friends around here are really into cars, it is kind of difficult to pick things up (except for on this board of course lol ).
Anyways, while investigating a loud obnoxious rattle on the underside (heat shield broke loose), I realized that my drivers side front is approximately 1/4 inch lower than the rest of the car. What I mean is that the three other wheel wells have about a four finger gap, and the drivers side front has about a three finger gap. I know, I know, I need a drop.........so don't flame on that, I am working on it. I am completely stock and have done no racing, auto x, etc. This is basically just a daily driver that gets pushed a little every so often. I have stock wheels with Dunlop Sport A2's. The alignment seems to be ok, and the car does not pull left at all. Does anyone have any insight into what the difference in heights/problem might be? It is something that should be looked at or fixed?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the thoughts guys. By the way, I am only about 185 pounds and the car only has 53,xxx miles on it. It is unusual for a spring (or maybe strut) to give out this early?
