selling the GSR, buying a '95 GS-T
I'm selling my '92 GS-R in favor of a '95 GS-T and was wondering how the two are going to compare. I'm going to build the GS-T for drag, but I was wondering how it would handle compared to my G2 GS-R, and how the huge bump in torque is going to feel driving around town as well. Can anyone help me out? (and yes, I will test drive before I buy the car, I'm just really curious)

I've got a friend with a 97 GS-T spider and a friend with a 97 GSX coupe. Boost is fun, but the overall experience is better in the GSRs. I've yet to ride in my friend's G2 GS-R, so I can't really make a fair call.
Test drive the snot out of it, have a mechanic look it over VERY thoroughly.

Well My friend has a GS-t, and I have a GS-R.....the gs-t is a little more quick, but the GS-r is more fun to drive. The main reason why I would not get the gs-t though is because it is a mitsubishi; hence you WILL have a good amount of motor problems.

it would be nice, but after tonight i've made the smart choice: i'm keeping the GSR.
I know what is already wrong with my engine, and getting a new car might mean a new nightmare, especially if its going to be like most of the stories and reviews i've read. (and i'm not bag of money)

beware of crankwalk in early 2nd gen dsm's, my friend had a '95 gsx and his was starting to get it, so he sold it got a 99 si, and now he is back to a '99 gsx. I raced him a little while ago, pretty much stock vs stock, he jumped off the line (AWD) and pretty much stayed 2 car lengths ahead all the way up to 120mph, if i got a better launch it might have been closer, but if i had a few mods i would have been catching him.
