    Switched rim choice, Volk not an option. Q about tire

    So I found out for sure that Volk only makes a 17x7.5, not a x7. And they also only come in a +40 offset for my bolt pattern. That really sucks

    So I think I'm going with the 16x7 SSR Competition with either Toyo T1S or Kumho MX. It's going to cost me $500 CDN more for the 16" SSR than the 17" Volk, and I'll be getting 1000 times the rim (forged, machined lip, lightest 16 on the planet). And it actually has an offset that will work

    Now question. Anyone have / used / heard of the Kumho MX? It's apparently a WAY better tire than the Ecsta 712, and I'm curious if anyone has any experiences with it?
