Noise from trunk/rear seat when car is shut off.

Hello, I tried searching for an answer but was unsuccessful. Either the search function is messed up or I forgot how to search; when I search the Integra forum for "Noise when off" I keep finding an off-topic thread about misread farts. Fun, but not what I need. So, the noise/problem that I have has been going on for a long time. I only hear it randomly and keep forgetting to ask a question about it. One of the reasons I don't hear it often is because it is very quiet and is usually only noticeable on a quiet night when I happen to be walking by the car at the time the noise occurs. Symptoms: At intervals (random or regular i don't know) a hum or buzz comes from the rear of my car. It sounds like a bee or wasp stuck inside of something... like a wood boring bee's buzz that is resonating through a piece of wood or a mud dobber inside its nest. It is a very quiet noise and thus I only notice it when the car is parked and shut off, so i can't tell if it occurs when the car is on. Any ideas? THanks
