What Next? to Fix Dipping/Low Idle on GSR

what else needs to be replaced to cure dipping/LOW idle on '94 Acura Integra GS-R?

My Symptoms: 1500rpm idle after cold startup & 700-750rpm idle after warmup but, the idle/tachometer consistently drops down to 500-600rpms when coming to a stop or when coming out of gear and feels as though the engine is going to die/cut out with an erratic idle feel then will climb back up to the normal 700-750rpm idle.

what else needs to be fixed/replaced? i have listed all the parts i have fixed/swapped out so far and read every TI archive here so i would greatly appreciate any help or information especially from those that have suffered the same or if there are any honda/acura mechanics here that can help me or point me in the right direction...please! thank you.

Has this always happened, or did it just start happening out of no where?

The idle problems started about 115,000 miles. I'm at 130,000 miles right now.

do valve adjustment. make sure the exhaust valve is at the max side of the spec they provide on your underhood label. the intake valve right in the middle of the spec..
clean throttle body and also im curious about the signal voltage of the blox tps at idle. if its adjustable, cant really set it too low otherwise car might die on you or throw a code if it fall off the parameters.
