Default very leaky v-tech soleniod

i ordered new the o ring and gasket. the valve cover gasket is only couple months old,water pump and timing belt also. is there anything i should get to fix this problem.
also i need to replace the water hoses under the intake manifold...they arecovered in oil...how hard is that, and what do i need to replace when i remove the manifold. any help with this will be great!

you probably need a new cam seal
