Stay out of boost until you've properly tunned the car.
I would've said don't put the kit on unless you've budgeted to tune the same week.
Fuel system: depends on your hp goals
1. injectors
2. fuel pump.
3. 1/2/3 bar map sensor depending on your psi.

He is running a factory ECU and who knows what size injectors. Any boost is a very bad idea at this point, especially since he has yet to provide us with any useful information.
OP, if you don't provide a list of your setup and other information that has been asked of you, I am going to lock this nonsense.

I have 7 psi's runing from the turbo.I would like to get 250hp on my stock internals the car comes factory with 142hp
my injectors are 240cc all the of the fuel systems is factory what would I have to change to get my car to 250hp. I am going to get 550cc injectors I will start there.

So i'm assuming you're driving around with a Missing link / fmu? You are really risking detonation with stock injectors and boosting anything. At least run 310cc's until you get a tune.
For 250whp, 450cc will work fine.
1. fuel pump
2. injectors.
3. Tune (obd1 + equipment for your specific tuner).

I had this same issue you are having. The 550cc are great for what you are looking for. I have been running a stock ls with 10-11psi of boost on a basemap untill I get to a tuner.
Just get your ecu chipped and get a basemap. install the 550cc and get a walbro 255 fuel pump and once you do that you get a tune and you will be well in or around 250+hp to the wheels. Goodluck
