wired trans issue i think?
Hey guys is it normal for a Auto trans to surge? I have never had this problem before but its starting to do it more lately. It goes though the gear and some times surges forward then shifts. (usually lower RPMS 2-4K) Its random but more lately. Its making me worried and ideas what this could be? thanks, Brian

That seems to happen to automatics when they haven't fully warmed up yet; but after that, it should be fine.
How long has it been since you changed/checked your auto tranny fluid?

This is something that is recommended to be checked before buying a car...
I don't remember the exact service interval, but I do it after 45k miles. The fluid should be bright red and not smell burnt. The yellow dipstick is right under the intake arm. Maybe it just needs to be topped off.
