Default 94 Teg not getting power to fuel pump

I replaced the relay and recently replaced the fuel pump. It cranks but no fire. got spark, i pulled the relief plug out of the fuel filter and i get no fuel. the pump makes no noise...i get no voltage at all with the key on.Does the main ecu control that unit also? is there a fuse im overlooking? I dont have a stock ecu, (its got a p28) could it have a imoblilizer in it? how could i find out. Any help will be greatly appreitated!

Billy

Default cant do much about it unless

You have a wiring diagram. If u do, look for the fuel pump fuse, check if u got 12v there when ur key is in the "on" position if u do, you can look for the wire behind it and follow it , just solder another wire to it and bring that wire all the way to the fuel pump connector. Make sure that you still have that 12volts when the key is on.

Default i hot wired fuel pump and it still wont fire

thanks guys... i jumped the power after the relay and got power to the pump.....so i know the wiring is good. but it is acting like the pgm-fi is new -defective. i didnt buy oem. the other thing is the check engine lite comes on and stays on as long as the fuel pump is connected, it doesnt blink just solid on. the second i unplug it it goes off. I jumped the blue code wires and got the same thing. I also took my comp and hooked it up to a friends car and it started his car up. my tech buddies said a ignition switch is unlikely. Billy

You should try an oem PGMFI main relay from your friend's car that is known to be in working condition. Twice I've had this problem in different Hondas, one was a bad ECU in a 92 civic, other was a bad main relay in a 96 integra.

if you tried a new realy and it didn't work (its not clicking at all right?) im gonna say you relay is not getting any juice. Im bored so here are two pages from the FSM for the flowchart.
