That is a really vague question. If you are planning on the Greddy turbo kit, I recommend neither.

The piping is 2.25" compared to the other two at 2.36" piping, how is it better?

go with a custom setup and buy the muffler seperate... 2.5 - 3" depending on your turbo setup should be more than sufficient.. then just about any straight thru muffler is fine

edit: i believe Thermal makes the full 3" catback or is it 2.5" ... :dunno:

Thermal makes a full 3" exhaust for turbo applications. You will need to also get a 3" cat since it won't bolt up to a stock three hole cat flange.

If I were to get full 3" exhaust, I would order the prebent piping from kteller and have the flanges, muffler, and hanger welded on for less than $400. It is a good deal compared to the $620 for the Thermal.

I have a product testing comparison article. That says that makes better hp and torque dispite small diameter. I'll to find it for ya its a "Turbo," magazine I know that much.

It may make a little more torque, but 2.25" is way too small for a turbo application if you are looking for peak hp numbers.
