as long as its driven "softly" you shouldnt ever worry.

i had a professor in college with an accord that had 287k on its factory clutch...

I got 118k on mine if I remember right...47k of that boosted as well.

If youre not too abusive, theyll last a good while.

Thanks everyone. I feel better now. Thinking about replacing the axles and wanted to fight off project creep as much as possible. You know how it goes............

On the other hand, I just pulled a clutch on another car after 500 miles. Aparently I used too much grease on the splines and it flung all over and ruined the disc and turned the flywheel and pressure plate blue in spots. Thank god it is a '60s RWD car and was easy.

I have 201K on mine. I think though it might be showing signs of needing replacing.
Mostly all highway miles.

The clutch actually wears ONLY while it's slipping. So if you launch at 5k rpm all the time, or you have to slip a lot because of your ... 'skills', then it won't last as long.

If you rev-match when you shift, then it doesn't even wear during shifts. Only during launching.
