GSR Integra. High RPM when clutch pushed in

I just fixed a problem with the integra GSR. The vehicle speed sensor was replaced.
Now when I am slowing down to stop at a light, I was going about 30km/h, and push the clutch all the way in and the rpm will stay at 3000rpm till about 20 seconds after I have stopped. (engine already warm)
Was wondering what I should look for?

I'm not anywhere near what I'd call knowledgable... but i'm going to pretend I am for a second, and suggest maybe a reset of the ecu could help?? Just a guess, maybe someone else can back my thought up, or correct it by telling me i'm an idiot. :P

you can probebly check your thermostat. either that or your IACV(idler air control valve) and see if its dirty and you can clean it up. check your cap and rotor, plugs and wires. those are just suggestions on what to check that could be contributing to this problem.
