Default poor gas mileage

My gas mileage has been really crappy since i bought the car on MLK Day this year. I belive im getting 17 MPG with a 10 gallon tank. Im filling up like every 2 - 3 days. Any ideas to whats causing this or how i can improve it ?

Get a tuneup. Replace spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor, fuel filter, spark plug wires, and see if that helps any.

I get 24 MPG with a turbo and 330cc injectors. I think a tuneup would really help your gas mileage. Those parts are easy to find at any local parts store and fairly simple to do yourself.
