Default Wheels stolen - where to get replacements?

Hi All,

Someone stole the two front wheels on my 97 Integra GSR.
Could you please advise where to get replacement wheels from?
Dealer cost is approx. $400 and there are lot of online shops selling
for about $200, but the online ones are remanufactured.

Is it safe to drive on remanufactured ones? do they come from crashed
vehicles?

Also, how do you guys secure your wheels? Can u recommend
any fool-proof locking logs.

Would appreciate any help or pointers to good online stores.
Thanks

to be on the safe side i would buy from the dealer just because they are new and authentic even though they're expensive. i wouldnt ever buy knock offs. i would just use regular lug nuts that require a key to unscrew them.

you can buy stock wheels for any vehicle from 1996 and up from http://www.hubcapheaven.com . I know it's hubcap heaven...but they have wheels and hubcaps. They're probably not cheap, but they're in perfect condition and you can get all kinds of wheels.

When you get your new wheels I would suggest Gorilla spline lugs. All 16 will be the same and require a special spline socket to get them off, for additional security buy a set of 4 wheel locks and swap one in on each wheel. Sorry you got ripped off, good luck recovering.

Let me get this right, someone stole your stock rims? Granted late model GSR rims are decent as far as stock goes but who would steal some stock wheels...base model Civic drivers probably. I guess the old black steel wheels w/ no hubcaps is going out of style.

GSR and Si wheels are in high demand.
