Default window problems

I have a 96 ls and the passenger window doesn't roll up or down anymore, could it be the regulator or the switch, and how can i tell? I really cant afford to take it to the dealership, does anybody have the same problem? Any suggestions would be great thanks.

Are you sure the passenger lock isnt on? Its the switch on the drivers side power window controls.

Does it make a noise when you try? That could tell you if it is even trying to work. Motor could be burned out, I know over time and use they get worn out. I too suggest removing the panel. I have a 96 and mine including the sunroof are getting slow. The dealer said it is just age. My sunroof requires constant lube.
