Default tires for the teg

yo everyone,
quick tire question for u guys. . . . i just ordered the rota slips15x7 rim, i want to get 205/50/hr15 or 225/50/vr15 tires will the 225's fit onto the rim and will they fit under my teg? i have a 01 gsr if it matters. thanks

I am not sure about the 225's but I am certain that the 205's will fit no problem.

225's will rub...go with 205's.

You could fit 225's and they may not rub at all, probably at full lock though depending on your suspension setup.

I would stick to 205's, but 225's definitely aren't impossible.

:werd: my brother ran with some 225's up front for a few months on his gsr with no problems

im running the 205's. its more than plenty. if you go 225's your fuel economy will probobly drop a whole lot, seeing that the 225's are alot wider causeing more friction area causing your car to run slower (becuase it has to compensate for the extra road contact)
