Default Fawkin Curb Owned My Car!!

I called my friend up to pick me up from school today, he took MY integra and ran it into a curb on the way there....

The curb bent the 2 Driver side Rota Slipstreams, and worse, when the curb hit the bumper, it pushed the bumper and hood to the passenger side and now its all crooked!!

How much do you guys think it would cost to bend back the hood and fenders, it's not really that bad but I think the front bumper may need a replacement...

Will Post Pics later...

In the mean time, I don't think aluminum wheels can be fixed, so should I get some new SS or some Circuit 8's??

You need to have someone check the suspension as well. Take it to a body shop for an estimate, take it to a shop for the suspension, get two new Rota wheels, get a 4 wheel and thrust alignment....Bill your friend .

Bill your friend for the whole thing.
In fact, if he's insured...you may be able to file a claim against his insurer.

Chanc has a good point, the repairs will be extensive...much more than mere bodywork. There will likely be damage to the suspension, perhaps even the front subframe.

Once you've got this taken care of, never lend out your car again. Ever.

What the **** was your friend doing? Anways, I would make him see how much it is gonna cost. It his negligence that caused your damage. Does he have his own insurance for his own car, if he has one? If he has full coverage he should be covered in any car for up to 30 days without having to add that vehicle to his policy and that can get your car fixed too. If the rims are not cracked, you should be able to have them straightened out, all depending on how bad it is. If it is real bad, then thety will have to be heated and re-straightened, but then that may weaken your wheel depending on how well it was originally forged. Good luck and let us know what happens.
