my friend on his 300zx are an exhaustand intake. Ohh and its a 92, 300zx.

my integra has cold air intake, trottle body, intake manifold, header , no cat,exhaust, skunk2 stage 1 cams, skunk2 ecu, vtcafc

I say gsr. I think the 300 might take a gsr in the corners tho, they have one of the lowest center's of gravity

And handle like boats. I've never personally driven a 300ZX, but as I understand it, an Integra would overtake one no problem on the twisties..

Assuming it's a strip scenario... I have no idea... While I think if it was a NA 300ZX, the GS-R should have the advantage, but may get it's ass kicked by a turbo 300ZX
