horn & brake lights not working

My horn and brake lights both are not working for some reason. I checked the fuses and didn't see one specified for the brake lights or the horn, so I pulled each fuse and checked, but none of them looked like they were blown out.

Does anyone have any suggestions or know which fuse is for the horn or the brake lights? I may have overlooked one, but I'm fairly sure I checked them pretty thoroughly.

    Thanks.

Where are you checking for the fuses? The horn and brake lights are on the same fuse which is under the hood.

Yeah there right next to the batt. You will see a Black cover marked with white letters.
