What tire pressure do you run for the 1320? I have Falken Azenis on stocker GM's. Also is it okay to mix in some 100+ high octane race fuel? Thanks

start at 20 psi on the tires, some people run pressures as low as 14 to 15 on street tires. Going from 30 psi to 20 will help your 60 foot dramatically, don't expect much better than 2.0 to 2.1 though on street tires. Is the racing fuel leaded? are you running a cat? If yes, then no.

Not sure if the fuel is leaded, I have no idea I would think not. I have stock exhaust front to back.

All the race fuel I have ever seen is leaded. If you are running a stock exhaust, you don't need race fuel, don't waste your money, save your money and get an exhaust system, what's the point of running race fuel if the car isn't modified?

You wouldn't need racing fuel if you had a complete header back exhaust, either. If you're stock, as long as you're running 93 octane, you're fine and won't risk detonation even on a hot day. DO check your coolant after every run and make sure you have some coolant/water mix or at least some distilled water on hand.

No real point just entertainment if it would help my times. I know everyone always asks the same questions about exhaust systems... but if you could have your choice with a student's budget what would you run front to rear and what would be a good package price?

I have been looking hard at the JDM OEM piece, some type of cat to make it fit, and then Type One from there out or the Spoon N1 rear, or even the Tanabe Racing Medallion.

I have the JDM ITR header and it's waiting installation on the proper Carsound cat from Hybrid Garage (they sent me the wrong one). Currently just have a Tanabe Racing Medalion catback and it's LOUD w/o the silencer (although it did mellow down after a few weeks). Noticed a little drop in pickup at the low end but she does pull hard near and beyond VTEC

I went to the track last night and dropped the pressure in the Azenis to 18lbs., I was flying out of the hole. My 60' ft time was 1.8" I swear. That put me at a 9.2 eigth mile and then ended up running a 14.9? I didn't miss any gears and stayed on straight path, I think by letting that much air out it really kills my top end speeds. What do you guys think.

Only mod is a AEM CAI, prviously ran a 14.6 with crazy wheel hop, but it was about 40 degrees outside.
