What is that noise? When its just sitting idle the car makes a ticking noise, is something seriously wrong with the car? Has annyone had that problem before?

Sounds like your lifters. Are you burning any oil?

the oil's been ok, i've just looked around the engine and checked the fluids and i change the fluids every 3000 miles, what else do you think? i've gotten opinions talking about the valve adjustments, but i'm just not sure

If it's coming from underneath the valve cover, it's probably your valves. If it's not super loud, it could be your injectors.

most likely you need a valve adjustment...or its actually the injectors. chances are its nothing serious.

my injectors are pretty loud..kinda surprises me how loud they are.

all honda injectors have been known to tick or click. Do you have a header? i know after i got my header, that I can hear the ticking of the valves a whole lot more. I havent had the valves adjusted in about 40k miles...so damn, maybe i need to get it done too...

my car was ticking for a bit, but it was the heat shield. how ever the sound got even louder when AC was on or when i step on it.

clicking can also come from the spark plugs. when you got your engine running, push down on each spark plug cover and see if that doesn't work.
