    compression test results.....

    sup guys, I ran a compression test today on my 94 LS, with 178,000 miles on it

    here are my results
    190 195 190 200

    im loving the results the reason why i did this is because im considering a turbo kit, but I wanted the greddy for smog reasons, but my year (94) is not smog legal, so my buddy and I were thinking the Rev Hard kit....on a stock motor, what are your thoughts with my miles, and compression results above?? I have around 2200 to spend, and I need 2700 for the Rev Hard...

    what are your guys's thoughts???

    let me know
    thanks

    It is a lot of fun. I ran the rev hard kit on my b18a1 and it made great power. The kit was good since i was new to turbo. As long as you get everything tuned properly i dont think you will have a problem.

    I look at it this way if you blow it then you build it bigger.

    You could piece together a custom setup for a little more and make better power.
    The only effort you should put into a d series is taking it out.
