i thought if u knew how to swap an engine u would know how to put in a pcv system...
im running turbo so its a lil different but the way it works its the same....in the back of the block there is a crank vent (usually a black box) the house goes from there to the intake mani since it has vac. u said there was no place...u can put a hose fitting dirrctly into your block or get the right black box. i would put something...u dont want random crap getting in there. just put that hose and the once from your vac together into the catch can then into the IM. if u want to keep the pcv valve just put ur can after the pcv and before your IM Last edited by 95_civic_lx; 03-19-08 at 12:50 PM. |

What kind of catch can are you using?
If it is an open breather can, you need to run fittings off the back of the block for adequate ventilation. If it is a sealed can like Greddy, hook one hose to anywhere that crank pressure is present and the other hose to a manifold vacuum source. |
