Default best trbuo for an integra ??????????

i am looking to beef up my 2000 integra 2dr LS and i want to know what would be the best turbo and turbo timeing , i also need good heads ,cool air intake ect....if you have an oppinion on which companies i should go throught please let me know which ones and why.

from your post, sounds like you need to do a lot more reading up on how turbos work and what's required to make them run right.

Yeah...I would get more information about them if I were you. You can't just slap on a turbo. That is the recipe for an engine blown to shit.
