Default Which Walbro should I get?

I have a 92 Civic, and there is an 85% chance my fuel pump is bad because when I drive, power cuts of for about 3 seconds every 20 seconds,(feels like I let off the gas for 3 seconds when I didn't) and I already changed fuel filter, plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. What I'm going to do is get a Walbro after I do my B20 swap. The question is which one should I get the Walbro 190lph Fuel Pump, or the Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump. I will be going NA all the way with moderate mods. Also will these pumps make me burn more gas.

190LHP - the 255 will be overkill. The small one will support 300hp.

im sure you could still have the option of the 255 but youll need a fuel pressure regulator but i would only get the 255 if your looking at higher horse power numbers then 300
