Default Raced civic hatch in Orlando Nov. 2

Finally took my car to the track in orlando back on Nov 2 to see what my mods had got me. First race i raced this white Civic hatch (early 2000's) model. I don't know what mods he had but the interior was somwhat stripped and had a crew with him. ( looked like the guys from the shop that tuned it)

I was just trying to break into the 14's. He got a bit of a jump on me but I passed him by mid track and pulled away. He was pretty quick. He ran a 15.0 @ 89 to my 14.5 @96.

Anyone here own that car? Who ever he was he said he missed a shift. I was like ok. I have an auto so everytime he shifted I would pull ahead a bit more.

I wish i would have gotten to race him again too see. My next run was a 14.2@ 98 though so he would have to have shifted pretty well.

My theory is he said that because I drive a PT Cruiser.

Here's my mods:
Stage 1,'06 plastic intake manifold, custom axle-back straight pipe, Voodoo III MBC, stk air box w/ K&N no silencers, Spectre ABTT pipe, Iridium plugs, Magstar 8.5 wires, Springtech 2"drop, Faze Boost Gauge.

I ran with my back seats out ( about 100lbs) and a bottle of octane booster, on my street tires.

Here is the specifics of my best run:
r/t .373
60' 2.244
330' 6.027
1/8 9.182@77.33
1000' 11.914
1/4 14.224 @ 97.60

Just curious what he had done for mods and what he could run, that's all. Thought might find him here. I really don't care what you think of my times. But triming 2 sec off your 1/4 for $800 dollars is a bit of a bargain, I don't think anyone can deny that. Anyway whatever
