Default EF civicsi vs rsx types&94-95Lincolnmark8cpe.

Question,I have a b16 in my 91 si(mods: intake,headers,exhaust)I never ran car yet had done 2 months ago.Could I beat a type-s modified w/same setup or stock.My other question is this youngen who work w/me have a 95'lincoln markVIII.He keep saying my civic slow.I tell him this spring see me at capital.Should I be able to beat him.I'll use stock steelies in front.I have 95 gsr rims w/205/55/15's.Am I suppose to have 205-50-15's instead of 55's.people says I'm throwing my speedo off some.Gingas,hollar at your boy.

Who the **** wants to race a Lincoln MarkVIII. I don't even know WHAT that is.

You'll be sold a new asshole with the RSX-S. Depending on year, it's making 160-170whp, and with the boltons you have (and with an ECU reflash) he'd be hitting 195-205whp.

I can see it being close between the EF and the RSX-S. The lincoln will be far behind.

It'll be about three months before Capitol opens back up, right?

How do you figure?

The EF is missing about 40 horsepower and that B16 quits making power in each gear before the RSX does? The RSX is probably heavier, but by THAT much?

It's about a 600-700 pound difference, drivers not considered. That just about evens out the power-to-weight ratio (both in the 14lb/hp range.) It should be fairly close.

Now, the lincoln is a tank built smooth and plush enough for my bedridden grandmother, a racecar it is not.

This youngen I work with be talking trash.The lincoln mark 8 is a 2 door coupe.Looks like a lincoln continental with 2 doors.It lowers it self after a certain speed.The rsx-type s I did't have a particuliar year.What does a stock Type s do in the 1/4.Yeah track should open in April sometime. It'll be here b4 we know.Look how fast 04 went.How was that new year.I fell asleep so didn't see ball drop.Who replaced dick clark since he was ill.RIP REGGIIE WHITE. gingas
