you might get by in an emergency (or for a while if you try) with the rubber hose, if you slide the hose over the pipe a pretty good ways, they do sell regular brake line at auto stores and line bending tool(to prevent kinking) but on your model i'm not sure where or if that line pieces together. i.e. it might be one peice up to the proportioning valve. it might be possible to buy a universal coupler to re join the line, it can be tricky(depending on the mount local) bending the line to fit, the line will have to remain the same length to keep the same amount of psi to each wheel

yah it ended up being a PITA, needed a double flanging tool to do it after trying many things including soddering it together i took it to a shop (called 4 and they couldnt do it) finally one had a 2000 dollar machine to flange the ends of the 3/18ths line and connect them, i brought them the lines and still paid them 110$ just for the labor what a PITA, never throw stuff on ur brake hard lines if ur interior is stripped they will break. it was a lesson learned any way
