thread locking compound

i'm about to do the bolt and washer method for rear camber correction on my 91 accord. i came upon thispage and want to know what exactly is thread locking compound, where can i get it, and do I really need to use it?

Go to home Depot or Lowes. And go to the Glue section. Thread locking compound will be there. Yes you need it. I did the camber trick for the rear It does what it says. It keeps the threads locked so they dont come unscrewed it be really bad if they did.

It's called Loctite. Blue is strong and Red is pretty much perminant.

you doing it instead of an alignment or just a temp fix until you can get to the shop.....no matter what they tell you, they can just align the rear....most don't like to, but it won't hurt anything....shouldn't be but $30 if you can find someone to do it

you don't want permanent.....when you need an alignment for whatever reason in the future, it would be nice to not have to bust out the torch and/or air chisel
