    are the longer bumpstops for the front or the rear

    I don't know but you could go to hondaautomotiveparts.com and compare the part numbers.

    I would guess the fronts are longer though.

    The long bumpstops are for the front of factory struts if you repalce the springs (coilover,springs) you have to cut them in half to prevent the ride height.

    The bump stops shouldn't affect the ride height at all if one's replacing stock springs and struts with lowering springs and aftermarket struts. They will affect the overall 'travel' of the strut, for they're designed to prevent bottoming out of the strut and ruining it. . .
