250 Amp Alternator for Vigor 94?

Hey Guys,
I have an Acura Vigor 1994, 2.5 with a 100 Amp alternator.
Living here in Miami, and after spending a whole 7 days without power due to hurricane Katrina I've decided to persue a little project of my own. I'm planning on installing a power inverter system in my home that runs off my car's alternator. The only problem is that I need at least 250 Amps (prefferebly in Idle speed) for my elecrtical needs and my stock alternator is only 100 Amps. I want to know if this is possible and if someone could give me some advice or point me in the right direction so I can acomplish this. I've searched the internet and can't seem to find anyone that sells 250 Amp alts that will fit my Vigor.
Any help no matter how small will be appreciated.
