Odometer Rollback

Just bought a 94 Accord, the odometer stopped working. I bought a odometer from EBay. The miles on the odometer i bought from ebay states the car has 124k miles. My car has 154K miles, how do I change that on the odometer. I hear I would need to plug in a screwdriver in the back of the odometer to make the change.

why would you want to change it if you ever sell it you would have low miles on it. I would just keep it the same if it was my car
