PGM-FI Relay
This is a big problem with some of the other models too!
Below is the info on a CRX, but relates to all models with this type relay. There are solder joints in the Main (fuel) Relay that crack and cause problems starting. At first, it seems to fail after running a short time (usually when re-fueling, making a quick stop etc.), or after it has warmed up. This will continue sporadically until later on, then it will fail completely. Take the main Relay out from under the dash (usually near the fuse box), and pry the black plastic cap away from the under-side (plug) of the relay. Look at the solder joints carefully with a magnifying glass and you will probably see a tiny circular crack around one of the joints. Re-solder that joint (and any other joints that you suspect). This should stop all your problems.
