help: installing a window in 99' civic

Just wondering if any one can tell me how to install a rear passenger side (vent) window in 99' civic LX. Just had my car broken into and just trying to save some money...is there glue that is needed??? Already got the part, but confused about needing glue and if so where to get it. thanks.
