changing cams and pully wheels in 01 civic

was thinking of getting AEM cam gears and pully wheels for my civic

but how hard are they to put in... i know the cam gear has to be done with the engine at dead center.. would i need to pull the engine out of the car to put in... thanks for any help

i'm curious too. I would like to know. Does changing the pulleys and cams add a decent amount hp?
