My wipers are not stopping on my 94 accord after I switch to the off position and there is a ticking noise by the fuse box. Can anyone help?

dont know if this will help but one time i bought a cheap car phone charger and when i plugged it in my wipers wouldnt turn off until i unplugged the charger......this was on a 90 caravan tho so i dont know if this info will help

that ticking noise is your relay. i suspect its a bad relay or possibly a bad switch.
