Weapon-R 4 point Harness - legal? mounting?

I am planning to get a 95 integra gsr 4 door. i have a few questions about installing these harnesses. i want to be able to seat people behind me when i have the harnesses installed, too. 1. Are they street legal in California? 2. How do they mount? 3. Do any of you have these harnesses and what do u think of them? 4. what are other good alternatives that dont cost too much? 5. know of any site where i can buy 2 of them for less than $126.11 total? thanks

not sure of the legalities. but NEVER EVER EVER mount them to the floor. you HAVE to have a roll cage or some sort of parallel mounting position. think about it, i you get into a wreck and that thing is mounted to the floor, it will compress your spine. if it is mounted parallel behind you, it will hold you back, you know what i mean? and having them for looks is just gay and a waste of money. if you were going to get serious and put in a roll cage, i sure as hell would hope you wouldnt build a nice roll cage then use shitty harnesses with it that are likely to break.
