door panel on acura legend. need help

i have a 91 legend, and my passenger side door is only opening from the outside. i've been told it could be a linkage problem. How do i get the door panel off, and once its off, what should i look for with the door handle? Thanks

It could only be a broken inside door pull handle. To remove the inside door handle remove the one or two screws that hold it on if it comes off with out being attached to the pull rod then the handle is broke just replace the handle and you are done it is really easy to do it, it is self explanitory. If the pull rod is still attached to the handle then it probably came unhooked from the door latch if the plastic clip is broke that holds the pull rod to the latch go to the junk yard to get the clip honda does not sell it seperatly for the lach or if you want you can buy the whole latch if you want but it is not cheap. A temporary fix if the clip is broke is use a zip.

Thanks for the details. I went ahead and took the panel off, and found it was that plastic clip that was broken in half. After seeing that I put my brains to work and grabbed the roll of duct tape. Its holding it fine for now, i guess i'll try to find the piece off another car somewhere. Thanks
