The axle seal should of fixed the leak unless there is a nick on the inner cv shaft where the axle seal rides or maybe you did not get the axle in all of the way it should almost be flush with the trans. Possibly you may have damaged the new seal when you installed the axle, after installing the new seal you need to grease the inner grove off the seal and also put grease on the inner cv shaft where it slides into the trans. make sure the inner cv does not touch the new axle seal when installing because it can tear very easy.
