    Changing my gauge colors

Basically I don't want to swap the gauge faces since finding black gauges with blue backlight seems neer imposible for my 97 Accord SE. Can I swap out the light(s) behind my stock gauges to a blue instead of the green? If so can I also change the lights behind the AC/Heat controls?
