All you really need in terms of special tools is a spring compressor. It shouldn't take too long. Go to www.deepstaged.net for the procedure if you aren't sure. The install it shows is for changing the springs but it should work.
Just be patient because some bolts are really tough to get off. Good luck. |

the rears are probally going to be a pain, Cause the bolt seizes on the bushing and the bolt wont come out, I think that should be your only problem Good luck

thanks for the info...that website is great, it even has pictures to show what is going on. The bolts I realize are going to be a pain...what is a good way to remove them if they are sezied? Should I have a torch handy?

A torch would really help. A set of air tools is ideal though. The next best thing is a big ass breaker bar.

Penetrating oil. Does good things.
And what shmoo said: big ass breaker bar. If you happen to have a really big wrench (like a 1-inch size--those standard wrenches ain't good fer much anyways ), you can loop that around the end of your wratchet handle and it functions pretty damn well as an extension for extra torque. Have fun, be safe.
