The only problem is, is that using something that is getting headlights that shine bluer on blacktop is like someone else said, using a blacklight for seeing in the dark.

No unless you go HID which is a waste of money, IMO.

I believe you are talking about ALMS(American Le Mans series) if not, ignore this
but they have yellow lights to distince the two class that race at the same time(white is Prototypes 1and 2, then yellow is GT GTS?
im sure it helps in the rain, but thats the reason behind the color

I'm not crazy about blue headlights on other cars; I find them very distracting. My stock lights are more then adequate, and the high beams are incredible. In many cases, on older cars just replacing the old bulbs with anything makes a huge difference in visibility because of how they get dimmer with age.

Does anyone ever get ticketed for the blue ones? I'm not sure how local laws are everywhere, but in Tx. it is illegal to have a blue or red light on the front of a vehicle. Do cops ever hassle you guys over this, or ignore?

i have red conrner blinkers only 99 civic never pulled over and i'm located DFW texas, also just go with retro HID Kit... and no HID kit is not waste of money... if you are buying some cheap shit yes..

OEM HID Kit + OEM Projectors + your stock headlights = NICE

yea i'm currently working on Valeo (Audi S4/A4) projectors with G35/Skyline HID Ballista, G35/Skyline Ignitor, BMW 5series Phillips bulbs (D2S), and 1st Gen 99/00 Civic projectors. ...

With the sylvania cool blues there's BARELY a blue tint to the light, and they're still kind of yellowish. I just HATE yellow head lights. I see a lot of cars when I'm driving that have headlights with no yellow. I didn't want my headlights to be deep blue (for the guy that made the Ricer comment) I just want white with a blue tint, which you CAN see while your driving. I just didn't know if all the NON luxury cars (even some junkers) with nice headlights had converted to HID. I wanted to know if there's a bulb that will look white (slightly blue) with the accord stock headlight assembly.

Does anybody know?
